Great one hand TV mount solution

I have a 75 inch flat screen that I used for my garden/pool (crazy how cheap these big TVs have gotten). My old wall mount was rusty and difficult to move after nearly a decade of use. It was an adjustable 2 arm wall mount and I always had trouble getting the two arms together, especially when trying to "fold" the mount "flat" against the wall. Wall. I assumed this would do just that was what was needed to hang a large TV, however this single arm design looked promising and was designed for a larger, heavier TV than mine After taking good measurements on both my TV and the bracket to get the desired one To determine position for height I used the supplied hardware to mount it to a brick wall as shown. It is supplied and it is recommended to use 5 screws. I used all five but the ones on the bottom right next to the bracket proved tricky as I drilled this hole a bit too close to where the arm hardware plugs in. Since the mounting hinge is close to the right edge is brought, drilling these holes is more important. The top hole was wide enough that I could easily screw in the screw. I've fully fused four out of five, and the fifth is almost complete. He's still very firm. I only knocked off one start as I think the instructions for that should have been a bit clearer. In fact, I'd recommend just putting one screw in a couple of slots to the left of the swing arm to avoid interference. Minimize exposure during a storm. The arm allowed me to achieve a great position and angle to be clearly visible to people in the hot tub or pool and it is raised over my head for more clearance on the patio. There are two cheaper bindings out there, but I think the strength and ease of adjustment of the one-hand binding made it worth it.
