The team is extremely knowledgeable about the local laws and regulations required for doing business here. They are always willing to share their expertise to help us understand how best to do things. There was one instance where my colleague's work permit application had been rejected by Immigration due to some technicality (in retrospect it might not necessarily be his fault but I'm still looking into this). The immigration officials were quick enough to get back to me within 24 hours after rejecting it. However they would only speak Indonesian so there wasn't much support available to them if you're unable to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia/Javanese language.
