THANKS FOR A GREAT MONITOR. EXCELLENT COLOR AND RESOLUTION. PRICE IS GREAT! EASY ADJUSTMENT. YOU MUST TURN OFF THE COMPUTER BEFORE INSTALLING A NEW MONITOR. THEN TURN ON THE MONITOR FIRST AND THEN THE COMPUTER. I MADE THE MISTAKE BY DOING THE OPPOSITE AND MY SCREEN PICTURES WERE COMPLETE. MY BAD THAT I DIDN'T READ THE SETUP INFORMATION. FIRST.
