Very disappointing. The necklace looks beautiful on its own. But let's be honest, we don't buy this necklace for its looks. We buy it because it has hundreds of ways to say "I love you," right? My wife and I have tried several times and in different ways to see the words but they just aren't legible. We can project them on the wall as the manufacturer suggests, but you only see blurry lines no matter how close or far you are from the wall. Honestly I have no idea if this is a crap job from the manufacturer or if the one we received is defective. In any case, my wife did not get the gift I had hoped for her. She only has a few decent followers. I don't think I'll buy another one of these.
