Let me start by saying that I know my son is a very special type of shoe. He spends most of the day outside climbing, building, kicking and doing whatever a little (or maybe very) wild 7-year-old will do. Because of all that, I wanted to give him a pair. Better quality shoes than Walmart or Target could offer, but I didn't want to pay a fortune either. So I ended up ordering these Bogs boots, which lasted exactly 19 days before breaking right where his foot would bend. I was very upset and immediately filed a claim with Bogs customer service as the boots come with a one year warranty. They replied to me a few days later and gave me a gift card worth the boots as they no longer carry this style on their website. So I can give Bogs 5 stars for their customer service and fingers crossed that the other style boots I ordered as a replacement last at least a month!
