Instructions were clear. Installation was easy, although we had to make adjustments to get the speed just right for my kids (8 and 12), but not so fast that it was too dangerous. The directions provided a good starting point for speed. The brake wasn't needed for the standard setup as the ride gets slower at the end; However, the brake is needed after we set it up to make it run faster. The fittings are of good quality. This kit includes hoses that fit over the wire and help protect the tree. The included wrench was perfect for the installation. I can only think of two things that would make it better. Better rollers would be first so they have less friction so they wouldn't be as noisy and could move faster at a lower angle. However, it may be too fast. Second, the trees should be further apart. Rated for 70 feet, this kit was perfect for the distance. But to be honest the 70ft zipline is too short. I wish I had a bigger garden. This is clearly not the product.
