Review on 🎨 Dorel Living Drafting and Craft Counter Height Desk: Perfect Black Beauty for Crafters and Artists by Josh Gerhardt

Product OK for the money but I still expect the finish to look decent on all items. As you can see from my photos many of the edges were rough and there were round marks on one part. The desktop has a slight discoloration near the node. It looks like someone tried sanding the knot (can't) and never added more stain to the area. It's a little flashy, but I can live with that. All the parts were received and it took me just under 2 hours to assemble it myself. I had someone hold the top for me while I attached it to the hinges. (It would be difficult without help). When everything was assembled, most of the imperfections could not be seen. You can see the marks on the back legs above the adjustable shelf (looks like pinch marks) when you kneel and of course the mark on the desk top. It had no stops to adjust the height of the desk top. It's a simple fix, but I think the company should have thought about it. All in all I would recommend it. Looks good, strong and good price. The company just has to pay more attention to details and finish.
