I figured out these pants, they came very close. I was dying to keep these bottoms as I have a Target upper that fits perfectly. But the leg holes were a bit loose near my butt so it looked weird. I hope if you go in the water it will help but I didn't want to risk it so I had to go back. Would have scaled down (to my true size) but the price was crazy!
