Works well, wood smells good!
I am SO glad I bought this wooden therapy roller instead of the plastic roller recommended by my physical therapist. It's so smooth and pretty and I was pleasantly surprised that it smelled amazing! Very woody. My knee injury feels better after frequent use. I will use it anytime for any tired leg, arm, etc. even after my injury has healed. It's a good size too!
