Review on Privado by Mark Lodge

The dashboard is very handy to view your risk and compliance status. It’s easy to navigate by sections or topics within the platform. Not much room for customization on an individual level. I would like to be able to customize my dashboards more easily. Be mindful that it’ll take a while to learn how to use this. It has a steep learning curve but once you figure it all out it's a great tool. With privado we are able to focus less time on paperwork and can spend more time focusing on our customers. The best part about privada is that it's easy to set up an account (no coding required) - so all my employees can access their own profile as well. Also they have great customer service! I wish there were more features available but overall this product has been very good at what we need thus far.
