This tape did not hold up well during any of my outdoor activities. Sports and Outdoors require reliable gear that can withstand impact and movement, and this tape simply did not meet those requirements .Through trial and error I found that this tape would come loose even when I was barely moving. The only positive aspect of this tape is that it was easy to apply. However, that small advantage does not outweigh its overall uselessness..
