Bought these for my controller and was disappointed. "Chrome" color is uneven - in some places it is lighter and more blue, in other places it is lighter silver. Also, the chrome paint was under the buttons too and my bumpers were sticky, I had to use a nail file to sand the chrome off the uprights to get them working. Also, there was sheathing (excess plastic) around them that had to be broken off. Also, my X button is dimpled and not smooth and the part surrounding the XBox/Home button had a big ugly line in chrome so I didn't even use it. Terrible quality. For comparison. I ordered a purple chrome button set for my daughter's controller from a major auction site, even though the set was $2 cheaper. Arrived 2 days early, the chrome is nice and smooth. No extra plastic to remove, no trimming to prevent the buttons from sticking. Too bad I ordered my buttons from the seller I got my daughter's kit from! (Attached photo of my daughter's purple chrome for comparison) Edit: 7 months later and my A and B buttons are mostly silver and the Y button is tacky. My daughter's purple chrome button controller that I use all the time and still looks and works great. Avoid those chrome button sets!
