My analysis of this product showed that it is not worth the investment for any experienced lacrosse players or coaches looking for an effective self-myofascial release option. Although the materials are durable and the quality is solid, the design doesn`t provide the necessary pressure and distribution to effectively target specific trigger points or body regions .The disheartening result left me feeling sore and dissatisfied..
