I really like this product but I find it to be one of the most disappointing things I have ever tried. actually figuring out how to use it and now that i know how to use it the coffee it brews is pretty weak and watered down. The labor involved in assembly, extraction/use, cleaning is not worth the quality and quantity of coffee produced. I was so excited and bragging about how I can make a cold drink for summer, but I find myself swallowing my pride (which tastes better than coffee from this product) and using my French Press to brew coffee, which I do simply refrigerate overnight can provide a stronger, tastier morning drink.
