backpacks light, mostly comfortable, reminds me of a bedroom (for the neck). Was recently in Italy with my wife. Bought 2 of these which when we have they received, 1 sent back PRO: Adjustable by inflation or deflation Trust me, it was great on a 16 hour flight Soft material Backpacks are small Men (and women) with long necks will love the coverage Shoulder I had to deflate my chin a little to find a comfortable balance but I easily slept 8 hours upright on a plane cooler touch of this pillow CONS: Not for those with short necks My 5ft 3in wife felt when would suffocate her even if she was loosely bound and deflated enough lassie there is a rubber pad underneath, you can hear the squeaking and popping when you move it n an inflated spring. The price was slightly higher than similar ones at the airport. Tip: Get these 2-3 weeks BEFORE you travel. The smell is NOT pleasant. fully inflated and let air out (also check for leaks). Let's just say it took 4 flights, 2 of which were over 16 hours with stops. It wasn't uncomfortable, and the air jet (probably the most notable complaint I've seen) was acceptable, as were my kids' inflatable water toys. I am keeping it in my holdall for our next adventure next year and will update with the results of that trip when possible.
