Fixed exhaust and emissions issue

On my 2013 Ford Escape SE (2.0L Ecoboost) my car stalls after refueling. I've had a few instances where the car stalled at a red light, which was a little unnerving. I also sometimes heard this loud hum near the gas tank. The trouble code was P1450. After studying the problem, everything pointed to the replacement of this part. I watched a youtube video from another home improvement guy and was able to install this part and it completely fixed all of the above symptoms and the code cleaned up on its own within the same week. However, let me add that removing a faulty OEM flush valve is extremely difficult, requires patience and in my case a little ingenuity. I have no doubt that the clamps holding the previous flush valve in place were invented by Satan himself. The installation probably took around 4.5 hours, with 80-90% of that time being spent removing/replacing the required components and removing the faulty purge valve. I'm sure there are people with better mechanical skills and perhaps a wider range of tools that could get the job done quicker. However, once the old flush valve is removed, installing the new one is fairly easy, with each end locking into place with an audible click.
