While I was happy with the design

While I was happy with the design, I'm a bit disappointed in the spacing of the prongs. It's very hard to place a cup on every prong as some cups just won't fit. Also, one of the prongs fell off when taking my out of the box- looks to be welded in a very small spot.

Makes it easy to grab your favorite mug in the morning
