Review on SleuthJAIL by Mark Allen

The ability to track inmates in real time, which allows for many different ways of interacting with them (text messages/phone calls) as well as allowing easy communication between staff members who are not working together at any given point during an event if needed! I dislike how there isn't more options available when it comes down to creating reports such things like "Inmate's last phone call" etc., but this may just be due do my experience so far using their product rather than what they offer currently? This software has truly revolutionized our way we operate now within our department since implementing about 4 months ago!!
