The pillow isn't the right size for my use, but it is a perfect size for the car or airline travel. The "stuffed size is a full two inches smaller than the advertised dimensions. I ordered 12 x 16, but it is really 10 x 14. So far it seems well stuffed, and I am hoping it holds it loft.UPDATE:Customer service has been fantastic. I was not ordering this as a throw pillow insert so it was probably my fault for mistaking the stuffed pillow size with the outer pillow case fabric measurement. They refunded my order and I reordered the correct size. it arrived quickly. You can't beat Best Buy for customer service. I upgraded my rating to 5 stars!
