I'm so happy with my new watch! I know this clasp so it wasn't a problem for me. I love that it is paired with silver or gold accessories. I also like the dial, very beautiful. Packaging was a whole different matter. That seller or whoever packaged/shipped it shipped it via USPS, not UPS. DREADFUL! It didn't even have bubble wrap or any soft envelope. The watch itself was in a small plastic case and came halfway out. I don't know how the watch survived undamaged since it was packaged so poorly. The watch tin was in the package with the watch and I don't remember if the lid was closed or closed which could be meant to keep the watch safe I don't know. Obviously the lid wasn't left on, if at all. The watch was wandering around in the envelope on the way to me, so I'm just grateful it works properly at all. But satisfied. This gives the watch credit for remaining intact, scratch-free and working perfectly.
