Failed in less than 3 months
At first I thought it was me; I would put in my Fitbit Charge 4 and it wouldn't charge after an hour of inactivity. Then I noticed that the pins don't always sit correctly. Now after only four months it just doesn't work. I only have a 30 day return window and have this non-working charger so I can only caution others to look elsewhere for a reliable charger.
