At first I thought it was me; I would put in my Fitbit Charge 4 and it wouldn't charge after an hour of inactivity. Then I noticed that the pins don't always sit correctly. Now after only four months it just doesn't work. I only have a 30 day return window and have this non-working charger so I can only caution others to look elsewhere for a reliable charger.

I can't rate the product because I can't use it at the moment. I've also bought cases for the device and unfortunately they make the Charge 4 too wide to snap into the charging dock. So I have to use the regular charger that came with the Fitbit device. There are protective covers that stick to the watch due to static electricity. This will likely allow the device to snap into place properly.

This charger fits on my bedside table and I can plug it in instead of leaving it on the floor like the original because the cord was too short. No problems installing the Fitbit into the charger. I'm not sure who the genius was that designed the charger that originally came with the Fitbit, but it's about as inconvenient as a charger can be. Even if you're hesitant, it's a lot better than the original and the price is right. I would be happy to recommend it.

I bought this charger to replace the one that came with my husband's Fitbit 4. The original charger has such a short cord that we couldn't even plug it into his bedside table. I need to charge my Charge 4 FitBit more often than my previous Inspire HR. It's a hassle, but with this charger, it's a breeze. I keep it by my bed and just turn it on for 10 or 15 minutes while I read before bed. Go to sleep. My only complaint is having to remove the screen protector for it to fit. I bought this to replace the clip on chargers I usually use because they caused the screen protector to lift around the edges of the watch face where the clip was attached. This problem is not a problem with this charging station! You simply insert the back of the watch into the receiver on the stand and it snaps securely into place without touching the face. Works great and won't ruin my screen protector! I didn't mind using the charger that came with my Charge 4, but my screen protectors kept peeling off the side and I didn't understand why! I concluded that the clamp sometimes snagged his sides, forcing him to disengage. After replacing the screen protector three times, I decided it was time to look for another charger. This works great! Climbing onto the loading pins is a breeze, and best of all, they don't touch my film at all! Hooray!
