I like that they have a lot of customizable options and can easily adjust them to fit your needs. There are also tutorials and guides available online if you need help with anything. As with any other software, there are some things that are difficult to figure out without having someone who knows everything about the program (or has experience using it). As an example, my team had trouble figuring out how to create our own buttons on the front end. We were told by their support team that we could do this ourselves, but we couldn't figure out how. They did eventually send us a link to a tutorial that helped us solve this problem. They also don't give you all the features at once. You have to pay for each feature as you go along. It's not hard to understand what each option does, but it can be confusing when you first get.
