There was a problem with the home button. They tell you to check everything before "install" which I did but the home button didn't work. Corresponded with them a few times (they email at night and I reply during the day) and they sent a new one which worked great. It's not Apple quality, but for a very old iPad it's still very good and responsive. The glue stuck better than the last one I bought (my kids are bad at these things). Overall good value for money.
