Upgraded from one star to four stars

Loved it until it broke :-( after 33 days. Instead of returning I contacted the seller and they quickly sent me a new strap. They also said that they are working to improve the quality of their gear It was frustrating to message and change my rating from bad to good but the company did their best to fix it so I have mine Rating changed from one star to four.
