SO happy with it! Really worth the investment if you live in a small space/studio. It's a million times better than watching a dirty litter box or watching a kitten chasing tons of trash in your small bathroom. It looks great and blends in with the surrounding white furniture and nearby shelves; The space above the tray can also be used as a coffee table or entryway; and there is a shelf inside for storing groceries or dustpans. This basically doubles/triples the space usage compared to a cat box with nothing around it. The door stores all the junk intended for kittens to kick, rather than placing a cat box on a bedside table or shelf that is not intended for a specific purpose. My large cat is 16 pounds and gets in and out easily which was my main concern. He loves to! From what I saw it was pretty easy to put together (my friend put it together for me but it didn't take long). It's durable and holds the weight well/doesn't wobble.
