The platform is very user friendly and also has good support from the team. The support is responsive to all our queries related to KYC and all my queries are resolved within an hour itself. I like the fact that everything can be done online instead of going for offline processes. There are some modules which we cannot access from our office location so it requires us to use VPN but not everyone can have a VPN connection. It is quite a time consuming process as compared to offline processes. This is mostly due to the KYC module which we cannot access through our office. As far as our work is concerned I am quite satisfied with the results. We are conducting KYC checks and all our clients are happy with the service.
