When you line it up with the pin on the edge of the PS4, the air doesn't flow properly. If you fiddle with it and insert it a little deeper, it sucks in air perfectly. It's loud but not too bad. Turbo and Auto are swapped, so it turns off when it cools down and on when it's hot, it works with Turbo and Auto all the time (and it gets louder). I also bought a vertical stand with fans, and together they cool normally. I had to make a wooden spacer for the stand because the geniuses who make it didn't leave room for the air underneath which causes the fans to burn out because they can't draw air. As cheap as they are, it wouldn't be hard for me to tweak them a bit, but you might not think so. So be careful.
