When I tried this shirt during my workout, I was impressed by how comfortable and breathable it was. The material is soft and doesn't chafe and the moisture-wicking technology kept me feeling dry throughout my workout. The shirt fits well and doesnt RIDE up or restrict movement. However, the sizing runs slightly large, so I recommend sizing down if you prefer a more fitted look..
