This is a really good massage gun. I like his look - all black looks very nice. Working with it is very simple and uncomplicated. You turn on the power at the base of the handle (which also includes a charging plug). The display on the back of the device lights up when the central power button is pressed. Pressing + or - increases and decreases the power of the massage gun from 0 to 20. There are 4 jets - a foam ball and 3 hard plastic jets. I have another similar massager from another company and they use silicone tips for other attachments which I prefer but it provides a good *hard* massage for sore muscles. The performance and battery life are great and I really like it. a business. The box itself is made of bare brown cardboard. All in all a great massage gun!
