Excellent Customer Service: BASIS 1 SOFTWAREVERTRIEBS GMBH
I like that it is a very simple program to use. It is easy to set up and use, and the customer service is excellent. I also like that it is available in a variety of languages, and that it is very customizable. There are a few things I do not like about this program. The price is a little high compared to other programs. I also do not like that the program is not available in every country. It is a little expensive, and if you are looking for a program that is easy to use, this is the program for you. This is a great program to use for your business. I am using this program to keep track of all of our client information. It is very user friendly. I am able to keep track of all of our client information in one place.
Pros
- Basis has an outstanding support system which makes me feel confident when purchasing their products or services from them; they have always responded promptly at any request we've made since first testing out basis as early 2009 with my current employer! Their software was easily integrated into both existing systems (QuickBooks Pro) so there were no issues getting started quickly after purchase plus most notably its ease of [no] use!!
