This item differs from what I experienced at the Sheraton. I love their pillows. I would never pay that much for a pillow if it weren't as luxurious and comfortable as the ones I've enjoyed while vacationing at Sheraton resorts. This pillow is not so soft on the outside and not so soft on the inside. I kept this item in my shopping cart for several months. I have to say I don't feel like this is real. I wrote down the information from the label but it's not what I wanted. I've used it for a couple of weeks and I don't regret buying it
