Cheap, you get what you pay for.
I loved the concept of these earrings and had high hopes but when they arrived they were either missing the color or poorly made (see photo). They're cute for a while, but I'm allergic to nickel and ended up getting a reaction. I had to wear them for about 3 days before my ears started getting irritated so that's something! They would be very cute for a small child but they are not what I was looking for.
