Great phone call or music headphones!

I talk on the phone 8-12 hours a day with a group of my colleagues at work and it's hard to find headphones that can withstand being outdoors all day and have good quality with multiple people communicate at the same time and have a good battery life. I switched from Apple AirPods because they did a great job with everything but durability and I couldn't justify spending $170 on AirPods every 6 months :(. They are perfect in every way except the lanyard!
