Great headphones which I ordered for my galaxy note 10 but they are not suitable for answering calls. I need to have a device for business calls and when I get a call the volume explodes and the caller is at full volume. I can't turn it down with a knob on my headphones, I can't adjust it from my phone or my computer. The calls go through the computer and then to my phone. I don't know if it's a computer program or not. I have tried everything to reduce the volume of phone calls. I even ordered another pair of headphones from a different company and the same thing is happening. Of the two headphones, this one has a much better sound for music. The volume is adjustable for music, but not for phone calls.
