I am a physical therapist and have cubital tunnel syndrome. My hands (4th and 5th fingers) get numb if my arm is flexed for a long time. I bought this brace primarily to wear at night so I don't bend my elbow too much when I sleep. I've had these braces for over a week now and they definitely help. I don't wake up deaf and have fewer problems throughout the day. I really like that this brace allows you to adjust the angle at which the splint flexes at the elbow joint. Many other braces do not. I would recommend this product to anyone with cubital syndrome.
