I'm able to walk without pain 1st time in months

Somehow I bruised the metatarsal, the long bone that goes from the small toe towards the ankle. It was very painful to wear shoes or walk. I thought the compression aspect of the socks would cause additional pain, but to my amazement the support in combination with the copper threads allowed the bruised bone to heal. I continue to wear the socks daily they are so comfortable.

For foot pain it’s little bigger for medium size
