Great Bell, Great Customer Service

I use this bell for my dogs so they can let me know when they want in and out and it works great! It is sensitive enough to pick up them pushing lightly on it and it holds up really well outside as well.The outside bell stayed really water resistant through rain, however we did end up with a small issue when snow accumulated all around the button. However, this company has great customer service, they replied promptly to my emails and worked to make things right.I'm really impressed with the quality of the bell and with the customer service!

Took the pup a couple days to get used to it. The product comes with a very helpful training guide.

Cons

Not easy to get it to ring.
