I didn't use a scale for many years and didn't know my weight until I became physically fit, but as I get older I know more about the need to stay healthy and fit. I wanted to track my strength training goals versus weight loss, which is not my goal. I looked at many different weight/fitness apps and settled on this one as it was inexpensive and I will only use it every few months to keep track of all the body stats it contains. I've been using it for several months and I really love it! So true? For some body measurements that you can calculate yourself, yes! Others, well, who knows, but I think it's accurate enough. I feel like all 13 body measurements are realistic and really help and motivate me to continue my fitness journey. Each dimension has a brief description so you know which dimension it is. I love that it's so thin and easy to remove. There were two batteries in the kit, which is very convenient since there were no batteries on hand. The app was easy to download. There were no problems connecting via Bluetooth. I love that it has a chart to follow over time and it also shows you if you are in the low, mid or high range and percentage. So there are different visual ways to show your progress, which I really appreciate. You can add other users which is nice too. I think if you are looking for a simple but versatile fitness scale/app this product is for you! UPDATE 11/23/21: So far, so good! I just had my physical stats and the scales read exactly the same numbers for weight, body fat percentage, and BMI as my doctor gave me. I also asked my doctor for some measurements and she found that they weren't too far off target. These scales are still a great addition to my overall fitness and health journey and I'm glad I have them!
