I was a bit skeptical about the purchase based on some of the reviews but I believed it and I'm glad I did. My daughter LOVES this dress. She wears size 4T/5T so I went that size when I bought this dress and it fits her perfectly! She didn't want to take it off. It is very well made for its price. We didn't need a petticoat, this dress is very pretty, fluffy in itself. Definitely recommend.
