I ordered this a few weeks ago but put off trying as it usually takes a long time to curl my thick hair. I don't have coarse/thick strands, but I do have a lot of medium length hair. It usually takes me a long time to curl it, but because this straightener is so big, I was able to do it in about 15 minutes! I bet someone who frizzes their hair often (I only do this 2 or 3 times a year) could do it a lot quicker! I love that the stand doesn't seem to get in the way of hair during use, so you don't need two hands free to put it in and take it out. It also heats up quickly. If you have wavy hair, you can use this remedy to hit those random stubborn straight strands in no time! Now I want to grow long hair again. This creates that gorgeous mermaid wave that everyone is loving right now. <3
