Review on ufirst by Mario Schultz

The UI of this tool is very good. It has an excellent visual representation which helps employees understand what they are doing with ease. I like its ability to track employee attendance as well as performance management across different departments. There could be some improvement in terms of customizing templates for specific roles so it can make it easier for new users to use them properly without needing any training or support from experts. For tracking employee's work hours (both regular and overtime), managing leave balances etc., we have been using Ufirst since last one year now and there hasn't been anything bad about it till date. We used to face issues while adding employees but once fixed, it became easy for our staff to follow.
