I put the heater in the tank two hours ago and so far it has come off twice. The suction is very strong at first, but then suddenly stops. I also assume the red light should come on when it's running. The red light stays on for one minute and turns off. I'm not even sure if I got the right product. The temperature in the picture is in Fahrenheit but mine is in Celsius. Mine is also different from all the other photos in the reviews. If someone could help me that would be great lol
