I installed it on a 2009 Kawasaki EX500 brake light. The original flashing feature is appreciated on a motorcycle and several motorcycle manufacturers make separate products for flashing the brake lights so this was a nice additional feature to include in the lamp. Another big bonus was not only how bright the bulb in the brake circuit was, but how easy it was to tell the running light from the brake light. Other LED lights I've tried in the past have had very little difference in brightness between the two circuits, making it difficult to tell when you're braking, defeating the light's purpose. There is no such problem here, the daytime running lights are bright enough, but the brake circuit shines like a beacon and is very bright. Add an initial flash to warn other drivers and I am very happy with this purchase. Can't comment on durability as I only got to ride for about a month and a half before the winter weather hit. Though I wasn't overly concerned about that; For $18 I would be willing to buy a new pair every season because they work so well.
