I was trying to use the intpw webcam in Zoom calls with a 2019 MacBook Pro, hoping for a better picture than what I'm getting from the built-in webcam, in a better one Angle from the top of my external monitor. The sound was good and the picture was crisp in HD, but the frame rate was unacceptably low (I don't have a way to measure it, but I'd guess it's 10 fps) and there seemed to be some lag in the picture. Frame rates were better in SD, but still significantly slower than 24 fps. Worse, when I set it to SD in the Zoom software, the camera seemed to switch between SD and HD haphazardly. A different manufacturer's webcam with the same listed specs provided a much better experience with the exact same setup, but this webcam cost three times as much as this one. For myself I've decided to return the intpw webcam, but if sudden movements don't distract you or those involved in your calls, it may be more beneficial to you.
