Very unstable - Computer and Accessories

First impression was that the product was falling apart. from the box. I put it back in place but my goodness that says something about how long it's going to last. Absolutely nothing happened on the first connection. Then, after a few tries, I got a notification that "HDMI is connected". Then, after further attempts, I received a Samsung DEX notification, but it soon disappeared as "HDMI was disabled". DEX never shows but I can mirror the screen but I can't switch to DEX. Mirror screen only. We return and look for an alternative.
