Struck by accident, no customer support
Great product when it works. About 6 weeks after I installed them, one failed. I checked continuity on both and found that the faulty one does not have it. Whatever the problem, it no longer works. Needless to say, I'm disappointed that one has "burned out" in less than 2 months. Update - I contacted the seller on their website to return a defective LED bulb with a 1 year guarantee. After waiting a week for an answer, nothing came. At this point getting a working pair of LED bulbs was a hit in my opinion and a failure to get customer support. I would recommend looking elsewhere for replacement LED bulbs for your vehicle.
