My measurements are 5'3", Width: 32.5", Height: 44", Width: 36b (see photo) The quality itself is not bad. It's not fleece but more stretchy which I like.It's almost like a ribbed material.It's definitely not for the cold season.If you hold things in a layer up to the light you can see light showing through but when wearing are they are not visible because they are not skin tight (I had pink panties and couldn't see through) Not sure about the length measurement but it's definitely too long for me but as the ankles have elastic the pant doesn't drag on the bottom.Definitely a great length for tall people.The waistband is very comfortable.Not necessarily too big but I tried on a large,the belt at the waist was great but it made an odd crotch so I went for it Decided to size XL.The top is of course also bulky, but the waistband was a bit too narrow and thicker than the waistband of the running tights. I would say it fits your size if slightly smaller.
