Arrived quickly, limited instructions, I removed the old one and installed the new one. The printer does not recognize that a new device has been installed and the screen displays INSTALL NEW IMAGE! I uninstalled and reinstalled it 2 times but the printer still doesn't work. Rock Bottom emailed me HAVE YOU MAINTAINED A CLEAN FACILITIES? What does it mean that they gave no instructions? Is there a clean setup button or lever that allows the printer to detect that a new imaging unit has been installed?
