Got this collar November 2020 bc. Bought. we live on 11 acres and every few months our pooch terrier gets so excited that he likes to walk way beyond our property himself. The collar worked after I finally learned how to set it up through trial and error. It actually sat in the box until February 2021 when I took the time to program it... which requires a lot of running and rebooting trying to give your dog more space while finding yourself in the middle of your property when setting it up are up the collar. . It's SUPER annoying that you have to reprogram it almost every time you use it as it also needs to be charged every day you use it. Since learning to use this collar 10 months ago I have only used it about 25% of the time. Our naughty dog keeps coming back and is difficult to program, so he's not very used to it. Well in October we used a little more because our dog ran away, we used it for maybe half a month and then it started shocking and squeaking even being so far from the limit. I've charged and reprogrammed many times and it's still broken. If I used it every day in a row, I would benefit from it for a maximum of 2 months. Too expensive for less than two months of use... Don't waste your money. I wish it was better because unlike other GPS collars it at least corrects them when they cross a boundary instead of just warning me.
